What industries do you specialize in?

My leadership experience started in the retail/food services industry and then transitioned to Healthcare. The benefit of the healthcare industry is that I have led various individuals over the course of my career to include Physicians, Managers, Ancillary Staff, Front Line Leadership, Volunteers, Contractors, you name it!

I know the importance of Customer Service, Employee Engagement and the Patient/Client/Customer Experience. I’ve been instrumental in the growth of employees whom I have been honored to lead. Through Professional Development Training, Advisement and Mentorship, I’ve had a front row seat to the success of many individuals and organizations…and you could be next!

What is the difference between Management Training and Leadership Development?

Okay, here’s where we care going to get technical…stay with me!

Management training traditionally focuses on specific skills training such as a specific software, process or tool.

Leadership development focuses on building skills that can be leveraged across a variety of situations relevant to today and the evolving future. Leadership development empowers the manager to succeed when working with their team, across departments, with senior leadership and with external stakeholders.

I don’t train Managers – I grow Leaders.

How do you price your services?

Great question and a VERY important one.

My services are priced according to need, scope of work and timeframe. It is important to identify the “pain” point and then implement a course of action towards resolution and ultimately success!

I’m totally honest and transparent – but I’m not cheap.

I’m an expert and have achieved that through lots of experience, education and good ole’ hard work. I’ve “been there, done that” and am wildly successful. I’m passing all of my hard earned knowledge and support onto you and not only that…I continue to learn daily so that I am always serving my clients in relevant ways.
